Thank you for shopping with PicToLife. All of our products are custom-made using the photos provided by our customers, so please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
Because our products are personalized and made to order, production begins once your order is confirmed.
Production time typically takes 3โ5 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once production is completed, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5โ10 business days
Canada: 7โ12 business days
International Orders: 10โ20 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PicToLife is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can arrange a replacement.
